Shray is the Creative Director and Founder of Creative Chimps Ltd. He is a member of the Design Business Association and on the DE&I committee. Shray has worked on award award-winning campaign Root Out Racism for West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership.
With 20 years of experience in the creative industry, he has worked with company leaders from Condé Nast, Sky, TotalEnergies, KPMG, and Vogue to help them communicate their stories and brands effectively to their people.
Shray believes that by inspiring deeper connections, long-term commitments, and behavioural change in people, design can change the world and our collective thinking for the better.
Alpana Vaidya
Business Manager
With a background in computing and business, Alpana manages cross-disciplinary teams with a focus on delivering our best work effectively and on time.
Trained in leadership and management and a perpetual learner, Alpana believes empowering clients and staff leads to positive and measurable results and has proven this.
With a diverse range of expertise, she also provides support with our digital, falling back on her background in computing, she is passionate about SEO, social marketing and our online presence.
Sam Dash
Consultant Writer & Producer
Sam is an Actor/Writer/Producer working in London and New York City. He brings with him fifteen years’ experience in the entertainment industry, appearing on tv, film, radio and stage, self-producing an Oscar qualifying film, co-producing a critically acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe show, and assistant directing with award winning directors.
Sam has been a private vocal coach and performance technique instructor for over ten years, recently teaching presentation techniques and communication skills to university students in London. Sam holds a BFA and MFA from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.
As a consultant for Creative Chimps, Sam has worked as a vocal and presentation coach on some of our largest events, helping speakers engage better with their audience and deliver their stories with fluent confidence. Sam supports the management of our audio and video projects with his extensive experience in film and production.
Eliane Rocha

Eliane is a marketing and design specialist, bringing over 16 years of experience with a wealth of knowledge in the corporate and finance sectors.
Eliane has worked with Creative Chimps for over 5 years on applying her design ethic to events and her marketing aptitude to websites and the digital products we develop for our clients.
Eliane helps keynote speakers, corporate trainers, coaches and presenters to maximise the impact of their message. Working with company leaders, Eliane is passionate about elevating and helping clients outsmart their competitors, grow their business, and increase their revenue.
