Three Horizons is one of Pfizer’s key strategies that identifies short, mid and long term goals. The new campaign required its own brand and identity. The red, green and blue colours were predefined, belonging to each Horizon. An identity was created around the concept of horizons building. Yellow, as a fourth colour was introduced to conceptually draw the three pillars together representing a bright future as well as create some more visual dynamism between the preexisting dated colours.
After the new brand had been signed off, tools were created to use in Pfizer’s connection events involving their company’s leaders. The photos used were art directed and shot by a professional photographer. Post production was done to create a grainy, real and authentic feel to connect emotionally with the employees.
Pfizer has numerous business units based in various locations globally. Within these business units are further segmentation of expertise. They found it immensely difficult to separate this data and decide where to hold these connection events. We clearly understood the problem and used Pfizer’s sheets of data to create visuals and interactive cascade tools to help Pfizer plan events around central geographical points for specific members of their organisation.
